The terms and conditions will from time to time be updated, you will be responsible for ensuring you read these terms every time you access or use simple2rent.co.uk to ensure that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions.

To help prevent scams we will delete any advert where it is reported to us that an advertiser seeks a deposit from a tenant prior to their viewing a property. Advertisers are warned not to ask for deposits in advance of property viewings or their advert will be deleted. Tenants should be aware of potential scam advertisers as Simple2rent can not verify the validity of and adverts placed.
By submitting details for publication on the site you warrant that:
1. The rights of trademarks and copyright of any third party are not infringed.
2. The rights of privacy of any other party are fully respected.
3. You will not publish any material that is deemed unlawful.
4. You will not publish any information that is deemed offensive, this may include comments or images that are of a racist or sexist nature, pornographic, or libellous to a third party.

If you are or have been using a letting agent to find a tenant you must check to ensure you are not in breach of any agreement, such as sole agency, by using this site to find a tenant. By using this site you assume full responsibility for any payments that may be due to a letting agent for an agreement you have entered into with them.
